- All products are guaranteed for 30 calendar days.
- The warranty is for manufacturing defects, in no case for misuse of the product.
- All national shipping costs corresponding to warranties already approved by CAROLINA SALAZAR ACCESSORIES are assumed by the company.
The following are guarantee causes: products with defects in parts, detached, unfinished, badly assembled, among others.
The following are not warranty causes: color changes in pieces, broken glass pieces or cracked by misuse or by blows, natural stones with different colors and shapes, slightly different color of fabric than pictured.
Procedure for reporting a warranty
The cost of domestic delivery of warranty products will only be assumed if the next steps are followed:
STEP 1: Report warranties via whatsapp, email or the form on the page web. A photo of the state of the product should be attached where it can be seen what happened to the product and tell us in detail why you are requesting a guarantee.
STEP 2: Wait for us to contact you in maximum 4 working days to inform you if the product applies for a warranty process, and indicate the step to follow for the shipment of the product subject to warranty and its subsequent replacement.
IMPORTANT: If the shipping cost was not approved by the company and the customer sends the product in a cash on delivery payment this value must be assumed by the customer to send the replacement product.
If the shipping cost was approved, the product must be sent by carrier send with payment on delivery. Preferably pack the product in a box and protect it with bubble wrap.
The package must have all the contact details of the sender (first and last names, complete address, city, cell phone and e-mail). The sender must be the same person who made the purchase.
If your product was purchased through a dealer, you must handle the warranty directly with the distributor, who should send it to us in the shortest time possible.
